The Water Bylaws of 1989 demand that all water supply and central heating pipework set in solid floors must be laid in ductwork and be easily accessible.

Rimac Floor Ducting fulfils that requirement, providing a versatile system of ducting, junctions and angles which enables pipes and cabling to be carried safely through solid floors.

Rimac Floor Ducting is manufactured from 0.7mm thick, galvanised mild steel, formed with a lipped edge to take a 12mm thick plywood or metal cover. Standard ducting is available in four nominal widths: 100mm, 125mm, 150mm and 200mm, and in two depths of 50 and 70mm in standard 2.5metre lengths.
